About BPA

Our business was established in January 1995 by Claude Broussard and Timmy Hulin as Broussard & Hulin, Inc. In 2002 the company changed its name to Broussard Partners & Associates (BPA). In August 2008 BPA was purchased by PRA Government Services, LLC d/b/a Revenue Discovery Services (RDS). RDS focuses on revenue administration, revenue discovery & recovery, and compliance audit examination.*

Each year, a CPA firm examines the operating effectiveness of RDS’s controls for business tax collection and funds disbursement processes in accordance with the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants’ Statement on Auditing Standards No. 70, Reporting on the Processing of Transactions by Service Organizations.
